We are not liable for breaches caused by third-party processors or your failure to secure your device or errors you make during transactions.

• Refunds: Refund requests for services or products are subject to our cancellations and refund policy within the Grove Wellness Kids Practice Policies distributed at patient registration and available upon request. Generally, appointment deposits are non-refundable unless canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled time. Products may be eligible for return if unopened and returned within 30 days, subject to our discretion.
• Shipping: For physical products, shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.
